30 Day Running Challenge: Day 24

What’s your favorite pre-run snack or meal?

I always take my BCAA (branch chain amino acids) about 30 minutes to an hour before I run, that is my staple.  Aside from that, I would say whole grain toast with almond butter and a little bit of honey.  Always does the trick 🙂
