Do you have any idea how hard it is to sit at a desk and look at this when there is so much lifting going on right outside my office?!?!
Can’t I just go workout already?

This is how it makes me feel.
What I find most attractive about endurance sports, whether it be running, biking, or a tough mudder Is not testing my body, instead, testing my will. It is as though my body takes the back seat to a more powerful force beyond the tissue fibers and muscles.
